Is the FOV (if is working) could ban the account?

Hi, the question is cleary, is the FOV 90 bannable? Someone in game told me yes. Now question is i used before, but i'm unable to use it now. I use it on Windows 7, now i'm on Windows 10 and it does not work. I don't want waste time and then get banned for the FOV. So i want ask. In case does someone know why i can't use it on windows 10? Don't use FOV now if you do not want to get a ban

We prohibit all mods. FOV and KR mode too.
You must download and use clear game client. or you will be banned.

Well ok then. Just to clearify:

i used the FOV for like 4 days, then i changed PC (with windows 10) and (as i said) i do not use it anymore due to its not compatible or something like that. Thank you for the answers. Of course i will not use it anymore here.
