I am saying their timezone is MSK (Moscow standard time), which is two hours ahead of UTC+1. I guess they changed the events to suit more people, something along those lines anyway.

At UTC+1 they should be two hours ahead of you MSK time.

Ping is not the issue, even on really good ping everything still feels sloppy and endless arrows is almost slower than basic bow... It's not a matter of reverting the update done to endless arrow, the update is a very good thing for us. But the way it was executed or how it currently works on...

Still crashes on time every five minutes. Endless arrows along with other skills still feels really messed up, way way under their intended speed. Skill queue is working way too slow. Everything is and feels really slow.
